Instructions for submitting a request for a parking pass:
Sign into the Cedar Creek Website (www.cedarcreekowners.com).
Click on the “LOGIN” button with your email address and password. If you don’t remember your password, click “Forgot your password” and on the next screen reset your password and log in again.
Once you have logged in to your account, on the left side of the screen, click on the “PARKING PASS” button.
The next screen will have the following columns at the top: UNIT, VEHICLE, LICENSE, PARKING PASS, and ACTION. If this is the first time that you have visited this screen, the only item that will be filled in is the unit number.
Click on the “EDIT” button and a screen will appear that will have several blanks that have to be filled in. The “Type” of pass is a dropdown selection of “Short Term” or “Long Term.” Select “Short Term” if you rent to tenants for less than 14 days. Select “Long Term” if you rent to tenants for greater than 14 days or if you do not rent and need a parking pass for yourself.
Next, fill in the rest of the blanks.
Once you have completed the information on this screen, click the “SAVE” button.
On the next screen, click the “REQUEST PARKING PASS” button.
Once you click the “REQUEST PARKING PASS” BUTTON, an email is automatically sent to the board to review the request and issue a parking pass.
You will receive an email telling you when the parking pass is ready. Please send an email to Amanda Martin-Eittreim at skimouse@ hotmail.com giving her your contact information and how you would like the pass delivered.
