Instructions for entering information in the emergency contact section of the website:

It is critical that the homeowner’s association have this information available to supply to emergency personnel if a building must be evacuated in case of fire, a gas leak, or some other emergency.  Unit owners are responsible for keeping this information current.   

Sign into the Cedar Creek Website (www.cedarcreekowners.com). 

Click on the “LOGIN” button with your email address and password.  If you don’t remember your password, click “Forgot your password” and on the next screen reset your password and log in again.

Once you have logged in to your account, on the left side of the screen, click on the “EMERGENCY CONTACTS” button.

Click on the “ADD CONTACT” button.

The next screen will allow you to enter the information for the contact.  The “Relationship” box allows you to select “owner” if this information is for the unit owner, “property manager” if this information is the unit’s property manager, “tenant” if this information is for a long-term tenant or “other” if this information is for someone else that you have designated to act as your emergency contact. 

Unit owners who rent long-term (greater than 14 days) are required to furnish the above information for each of their tenants and are required to make sure that their tenants have been provided a copy of Cedar Creek Rules and Regulations and check the box to indicate that they agree to abide by them.

There is bus service from Cedar Creek to the resort, down the mountain, and to various stops in Bozeman.
